Frequently Asked Questions

The most critical point is at the very beginning of the process, before the interior design is finalised and demolition work begins. During an early consultation, we assess future load requirements (e.g. heat pump, electric car charger, smart home systems), plan load distribution, lighting concept and circuit logic. This avoids costly compromises later and unnecessary wall carving, ensuring that the network remains modern and secure for decades.

A contact hazard inspection is a mandatory inspection required by law, which primarily checks the existence and adequacy of protection against electric shock (e.g. earthing, operation of the circuit breaker) and draws up a report. In contrast, the network diagnostics we offer is a proactive, in-depth analysis: we use thermal imaging to detect hidden overheating at the connection points, measure the actual load conditions and check the insulation condition of the cables. This service gives a complete picture of the real state of the network, preventing future failures and potential fire hazards.

The two devices perform completely different functions. The circuit breaker (CBS, Fi-relay) protects you and your family from electric shock. In contrast, the surge suppressor (SPD) protects your sensitive electronic devices worth millions (TV, computer, heat pump controls, smart home components) from network anomalies such as the secondary effects of a lightning strike. In a professional system, both are essential: one to protect life and one to protect assets.

The basic service for most properties is 16 or 32 amps, which serves conventional household appliances. An electric heating system or an EV charger alone represents a significant, sustained load for which this power is insufficient. Power upgrades are a formal process with the local electricity supplier (e.g. MVM, E.ON) to increase the electrical power available to the property. We manage the whole process: from the accurate assessment of the demand, to the setting up of a standard metering point, to the submission of the necessary documentation and the dealings with the supplier.

A professionally substantiated quotation is transparent and detailed. It includes the exact type and quality classification of the materials used (e.g. Legrand, Schneider Electric), the labour cost, reflecting the time and expertise of the skilled labour, and any additional costs (e.g. measurement reports, documentation). An unrealistically low price almost always reflects the use of poor quality, non-standard materials, failure to comply with safety regulations or hidden costs that can later pose a serious financial and safety risk. We believe in predictable, uncompromising quality.

We document all critical work stages to ensure the highest level of quality. We provide photo documentation of hidden installations (e.g. piping, boxing, cabling in the wall) on request at the time of delivery. At the end of the work, you will receive not only an invoice, but also a detailed measurement report, which confirms that the installed system complies with all applicable Hungarian and EU standards (MSZ HD 60364). This documentation is your guarantee and, in the event of a sale, will increase the value of the property.
